<p>I'm on the lunch plan where I get only one meal during specified periods of time throughout a day... what are those times?</p>

<p>There are five meal periods. They are as follow:</p>
<h2>The "Non-Premier" meal plans are re-set beginning each Monday morning at 12:01am.</h2>
<p>Monday through Friday
After Midnight - 12:00 AM to 2:59 AM
Breakfast - 3:00 AM to 10:54 AM
Lunch - 10:55 AM to 4:54 PM
Dinner - 4:55 PM to 9:59 PM
Before Midnight - 10:00 PM to 11:59 PM</p>
<p>Saturday and Sunday
After Midnight - 12:00 AM to 2:59 AM
Breakfast - 3:00 AM to 9:24 AM
Lunch - 9:25 AM to 4:54 PM
Dinner - 4:55 PM to 9:59 PM
Before Midnight - 10:00 PM to 11:59 PM</p>
