Brilliant scores but not so brilliant extra curricular activities?

What are the chances of one getting in into an Ivy League college like Harvard, having a 2300+ SAT score, 5/5 AP score and representing your country on international scales in math and physics olympiads?

That, along with extra curricular activities like writing (being published a few times on a national level) and playing the piano? And some community service, of course.

Will the Ivies overlook the lackluster extra curricular activities? :(

brilliant rejection :o

NerdyAsianKid: umm. I said a few times, not several.

Anyway, my mistake. I should have mentioned that I thought colleges like Harvard required some or the other activity that showed your leadership qualities, etc. I’m almost zilch over there :/

Although your scores are brilliant, your ECs are definitley not up to par. Every year Harvard gets applicants with 2400, National Merit scholar, and valedictorian. So trust me you wont be any different

I know international admissions are difficult, but those ECs sure look above average to me.
