<p>Haha, you've got a problem if you're only planning on bringing one thing. :) One of the things I was glad I brought (that most people didn't) was movies and a TV. Whenever my friends and I needed a break, we always had movies on hand, even if it was 3am and/or no one had cash to rent something. Plus, since I was the one who owned the movies, I never had to worry about watching something I didn't like. :)</p>

<p>a tool kid could be important... my parents got me one for christmas b/c they realized I should've had one with me at school.</p>
<p>Some things are school specific though, reading that list... my school doesn't allow extension cords, only surge protectors. My room came with a mirror. No way would a futon fit in my room.</p>
