So, I’m an incoming transfer and even before I was admitted, there was always a link on my BroncoDirect saying “Register for Orientation”. If I would click on it, it would tell me I was not yet eligible to register for orientation. It said on the main website that registration would open in May to students who have been admitted and have submitted their SIR/ECD. However, it is now the month of May, I’ve long since submitted my SIR/ECD, and alas, the “Register for Orientation” link has disappeared. D: Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes my link to register for orientation has also disappeared.

From what I know, when they said open to “admitted students” as in officially admitted. You will be officially admitted when you send in your final transcript and they reviewed it. They do this because some students may be rescinded after reviewing the transcript.

Oh here’s what I found on the web :

When can I register for Orientation?

You will receive an Orientation brochure and e-mail allowing you to register for an Orientation program AFTER you have:

1) Submitted all of your initial transcripts/documents to the office of Admissions

AND

2) Paid your Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD).

i’m also trying to figure this out too.
It doesnt make sense though that you need to wait until your officially admitted to register, because youre supposed to send in the final transcripts in june, so why would they open up orientation registration in may?

I think it will be “in May” just like they told us admissions would be announced “in April”. Just because it is May 3rd doesn’t mean they’ve opened registration for orientation.

We’ll get emails.

Michele

My son got his orientation email today and we signed him up.

Samesies, I got the email and the orientation link on BroncoDirect has come back into my life. I just signed up. Hooray :D
