Lets all stay calm and put things into perspective.
From what I can tell, all of you are really amazing applicants and exceptionally nice people. That alone will get you far in life. On top of this, in just 19 short hours we will finally know! The waiting will be over. Yes you may be sad, you may be ecstatic (I hope this one!), but the wait and the stress and the torture is over. We all already finished the worst part (or at least the hardest part) which was completing the onslaught of applications. We are almost though the grueling wait. Then, all that will be left is to make the decision and start planning our futures. Arguably maybe the harder wait will be once we know where we are going and just can’t wait to actually get to college! Anyways, remember. Wherever you go it is what you make of it. Yes going to an ivy league makes it easier to have the tools and connections to succeed. However, those tools and connections are available to everyone they just have to forge them. You are all great people. Your parents are proud of all your hardwork I’m sure. But if it means anything, we are all in this together, and I truly am humbled by all your successes. Good luck to all! I’m happy to know that you are all the future of our generation

When you have a horrific teacher that believes if your not perfect then you’re a failure at life. And you have her first period tomorrow and you were not in class today bc you didn’t do that essay bc you were freaking out this entire week. Idk what to think anymore guys…

Alright guys, new here in CC but I’ve been following this thread for a while now especially all the stuff about the portal. People who have the chem placement exam have been accepted is my understanding as people with that option have payment history and such…
can someone please send the link for anything besides the “review my application” tab under “student” ???
@boarder321 Not true. LL recipient a couple pages back verified that he does not have those options, including the placement exam. (@mybarra)
@boarder321 that’s what I’m scared of, but a LL recipient doesn’t have the exam or those other links so I’m still holding out hope

If you check the posting history of the people who had the new options you’ll see that most of them got rejected anyway.
@mg29409 that’s somewhat relieving but I’m still freaking out about every little change… I think I’m gonna just cocoon myself under my blanket and enjoy some Family Guy and chips
