ok guys so i was asked for more documents (mid march) by FA office and i sent it in like 12 days ago… and they responded today through email that they had all my necessary docs. Do you think this is a good sign. its weird that i sent them the email to confirm and they responded Monday. I called their office the day after i sent it to make sure but i also emailed them, which as i said they responded on Monday.
@norester the last time my financial aid portal was updated was on March 24th when they requested that I turn in citizenship documentation/verification.

@exl028 I would assume that if a school is still processing your fin aid app right before the deadline, it would probably be a good sign. The admission office sends the list of accepted and WLed students to the fin aid office so they can prep for the release of decisions so they definitely know who has already been accepted, and why would they bother dealing with someone rejected? Every school where I have been waitlisted or accepted processed my stuff right before the deadline while schools I was rejected at never looked at my stuff close to the deadline (looking at you Vandy and Northwestern to name 2).
@rhdhtai thanks. im still not getting my hopes up too much; especially since i applied for PLME. i dont want to get excited…
@exl028 I agree. Just because some schools seemed to have a correlation, doesn’t mean all. Its best not to get our hopes up too much it’s not like we are trying to get admitted to an easy school.
@rhdhtai of course! i cant believe the day has finally come; it just feels so surreal. I remember thinking like wow I have to wait so long, but now its like all questions will be answered; and the sliver of hope i had will be gone. I will you the best tomorrow! For me I have a super hectic day with an interview for a scholarship in the morning; and im west coast so i will know earlier in the day than those in the east coast.

@exl028 I feel you. I’m not sure if I’m happy the day has come or sad that I can’t hold onto the small hope that I will get accepted at least before, I could believe, but after tomorrow, I will know…
lol, I don’t have school tmrw, so I’m planning to sleep til noon, and then watch TV for 2 hours until decisions come out (I’m on the west coast, so 2pm for me).
I’m not going to lie…I’m panicking… Idk I keep telling myself I should brace myself for a rejection…I goes I just need someone to do it for me. I know it’s late but would anyone be willing to look at my stats?
you know what? I’m just not going to look at the decision until Friday…so many people from my school applied and I don’t want to have to show up the next day with people asking me if I got in after seeing a rejection.

@bostonbell If anyone asks, say you never got yours or some bs. I honestly think its rude sometimes when people are nosy about decisions ("OMG U GOT INTO THIS AND THAT, WHAT ABOUT BROWN, etc.)
Dont let that prevent you from looking at your decision. I’ll also be willing to look at your stats if you like
@mg29409 @bostonbell same. One girl in my classes always looks over my shoulders when I’m checking my emails and that’s how she found out about quite a few of my acceptances. 
@RightHand Yep it changed for me too. I tried to catch up on the thread, but just to make sure, everyone has a message in the student tab that says:
