It would appear some of us received requests for additional financial info – financial aid is weird and complicated and everyone’s situation is different, and for all intents and purposes means nothing related to our chances of admission. We’ll know more on the 8th at 7pm ET!

If you submitted all documents on IDOC, they are most likely not going to contact you. My IDOC and FA portal for brown is completed which is why I think they didn’t contacted me.

I think the date and time was in reference to Princetons decisions, they mightve gotten confused as to which thread theyre in no stress
Apologies - as @TuftsHopeful69 guessed I was confusing with princeton, I’m not sure when brown comes out. Hope we find out soon!
The wait is crazy and people are getting impatient and anxious which is why we should help each other instead of attacking.
So, on a lighter note, it seems like last year it came out at noon on the 11th. So do we think that it could be any hour or just in the morning? sorry about the specific questions, but like it’s said before, we’re all going crazy.
I think we’ll hear from brown on the 10th, not sure though

Do brown transfer admission officers contact high school counsellors after getting the high school transcripts
So the beginning message saying something along the lines of “Thank you for applying to Brown” is now gone from the applicant portal. I’m assuming that means that decisions will be out in a few days. Yale removed their applicant checklist a few days ago and they are releasing decisions tomorrow.
I don’t have an email from Brown specifying any date so, if anyone has any other definite information regarding decision dates, please post it. Thanks
@madgren Last year they were released on the 11th, i.e. the second Thursday of May, so I’m thinking this year it might be the same. But I just checked 2016 and it was released on the second Tuesday, the 10th. And 2015 it was second Thursday the 14th. Since the second Tuesday has already passed, hence I am guessing 10th
The uncertainty is really making me go crazy now…especially after the other rejections
the checklist disappeared!
I’m so nervous!!! I hope we all get in whenever they choose to release decisions… But regardless of an acceptance/rejection, we will all go on to do amazing things and should be proud of trying
