Brown vs. Upenn LPS

Hello

I am a transfer student who got into Brown and Upenn LPS (College of liberal and professional studies). I am looking to major in something in social science and I am specifically interested in Public Relations and brand management. I am really having a hard time deciding because both schools are great.

I’d really appreciate your opinions.
Thanks.

Brown - by a mile. LPS is a non-traditional college and you will lose out on some of the benefits accordingly (such as alumni reunions, etc). I couldn’t imagine choosing a “lesser” program at Penn, for a regular program at Brown (which is as good as Penn CAS). I think Brown is also a better social experience than Penn, and overall placement into PR will not matter whether you choose Brown or Penn.

I’ve never even heard of UPenn LPS

^ I think it’s similar to RUE right? I read about it somewhere on CC and the compared LPS to RUE.

I am looking to apply to LPS in mid June. Would anyone mind posting or p.m.-ing me their stats so I see if I stand a chance?
At the end of this semester I should probably have a 3.8 or higher, I am also a member of PTK and AGS honor societies. I was a tutor to international students and worked part-time. I am also getting recommendations from 2 professors and the head of the counseling department.

Thanks
