When applying for colleges that offer BS/MD programs, I understand it is better to choose “colleges-from different levels”- top notch, mid range colleges for BS/MD. Please guide me with this list of top notch, mid range BS/MD colleges?also, other than the strong GPAs, is the rigor of the course important(how many APs etc)…?
Top: Northwestern, Wash U, Rice, Uof Rochester,m CWRU, Boston, UAB
Middle: GWU, Penn, RPI/Albany, Conn, Cincinnati,
Bottom: Various feeders to Drexel, UMKC, NEOMED, Toledo,
Think Twice: St.Louis U, CA North State, etc
Just for illustration. Individual may differ in their view whether x should be in Middle or Bottom etc., Please go thru specific years threads. That will answer almost all your questions. Sure, it is going to take good amount of time to read all the posts. There is no short cut. GL.
May I ask why think twice about CA North State? isn’t it a guaranteed BS/MD program? I know that SLU is not. TKS!
