BS/MD programs

How do you apply for these?
Are they right on the application?

And for example, if I want to apply for the combined program through Haverford and Drexel, do I apply as a senior in HS, or a freshman/sophomore in college?
Also, drexel doesn't have it's own hospital does it? SO would I be learning at say, UPENN's hospital, or thomas jefferson's hospital?

I don't understand this.

There are different programs. Some of them are for HS seniors only to apply. Others (like StarMed), you apply during your sophmore year in college. In addition, there are programs that give huge advantage to instate. They have very strict academic and deadline requirements. You have to investigate every specific program that you are interested.
