hello! well, ive heard that some school doesnt have thirds! what if i want to try a new sport?! this makes me not able to get selected in the jv team. cuz i dont know how to play.... so what do all new players do?

A.) Instructional sports
B.) Sports they do play

And they’re boarding schools, they can do whatever they want

oh sorrie typed it on ifone, fair i mean ><*

to Tom and ladyluck - at schools where there are no thirds teams, JV is normally a combination of JV and Thirds. It would be abnormal for them to cut people! So to let you know - if it is a new sport, join the JV team and they should be more than happy to teach you!!

Don’t most boarding schools have club sports where people can try as part of their P.E course a new sport?

At exeter as a freshman it’s hard to make a JV team. They can only allow a certain amount of preps because they have to fill up the spaz program (PE) If you’re a prep you can’t do club sports because again they need to fill up Spaz.
