This study abroad option recently came to D’s attention although it is not on her school’s approved list. Does anyone have experience with BSM? They have quite a list of schools that have sent students. D would be looking at Spring 2018. She has had difficulty finding options that cater to math/cs students and still get her home in time for a summer internship. Any other ideas are welcome. Thanks.

My sister had a friend whose daughter did this and it was a good experience but that was a number of years ago. The American program is administered by St Olaf which is strong in math so that is a plus.
WUSL has student reviews of the program

@Snowball City, thank you.
The students I know are very satisfied with it. They learn new approaches and 'ways of thinking math ', which is very valuable.
I want my D to look at it, or the CS one, but she needs a specific course that they may not offer and is leaning away.
The cost of living in Budapest is WAY lower than it is in the other places she is looking…
