Bus routes/the safe bus

I'm terrible with bus routes..seriously.

I'm taking dance classes at 1101 N. Dunn Street at a studio that's obviously not IU affiliated. I'm trying to figure out how to get there and especially back safely since I'll be coming back at dark possibly by myself if I can't find someone in the class who's heading back to campus.

Anyway, the studio owner told me that this bus route
<a href="http://www.bloomingtontransit.com/1_North.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.bloomingtontransit.com/1_North.htm</a>
picks up right outside the studio, and goes to campus near the IMU. Can anyone tell from that map/the schedule where exactly the stop might be that's near the IMU?

Also, will the safe bus be willing to pick someone up routinely? Like if I need a ride home every Monday night from IMU to Forest? Or is that not a reliable method of transportation?

Thanks for any ideas/advice or a lesson on how to use buses =P Just trying to figure out how to be safe about this.

Thanks!

Corner of 7th and Woodlawn in front of the Journalism school.

I've never taken the safe bus, so I wouldn't know the answer to that. Not much in terms of bus options at that time either.

Don't rely on the safe bus... i never heard of such a thing

You mean the drunk bus?

No, there's a number you can call and there is a car that comes and picks you up and takes you to another place, free of charge. The drunk bus is a separate thing.
