<p>My dad is self employed. I have come across the CSS Business/Farm supplement. I am confused on this form's purpose though....</p>
<p>Must I submit it to all schools that require CSS? Essentially, is it a part of CSS?</p>
<p>Also, is it available for submission online? I can only find a print version and would like to avoid mailing it to half a dozen schools.</p>
<p>In my experience, the schools that required the supplement asked for it after I submitted the profile. Not all of them required it.</p>
<p>Marie90, I do not know the answer, but, I have seen this topic discussed - and answered in some detail - on this forum in the past. Suggestion, perhaps do a search on the key words, and you should be able to find those historical threads/posts.</p>
<p>my parents are self employed also...after you submitted you css...they will give u a couple of letters by the school....each letter represents different items...one of the letter represents a business/ farm supplement...there is a code copy and it tells you what each letter means...good luck...</p>
