<p>I have a question. So many people are out to get an MBA and be a business major. Correct me on this one, please, but wouldn't you want to know something besides just "business"??? Businesses are usually based on something. I need to know where I am wrong here.</p>
<p>In order to have a successful business, you need to know the ins and outs, You need to know marketing, advertising, etc. That's what most business majors are learning, then they apply it to whatever interests them.</p>

<p>BA in English
MBA
PhD in Psychology</p>
<p>Business can come in handy in different professions, and many people choose to take MBA because it may help them with their career (positive long-term consequence).</p>
