By submitting financial aid verification, am I committing to a college?

I’m going to be a first generation college student so I don’t really understand the process of applying to college. (This is like my second post so please bear w/ me lol)

I got accepted into a few colleges already and most of them also gave me my financial aid package at the time of the decision. However, there were 3 colleges that gave a rough estimate of financial aid and about 2 weeks later asked for extra verification like tax information and other forms etc. I already submitted this info to 1 college. I filled out the FAFSA for all schools in October, but this seemed separate? (or at least I think?)

So I was wondering if submitting this information for my final financial aid package has anything to do with committing to a college? Like many others, I would like to know the financial aid package each school is offering before committing to one. I couldn’t find any helpful info online and my teachers/counselors didn’t have an answer so that’s why I’m asking here : )

No. You choose to commit after you get a final FA number.
