C in Chemistry... NEED ADVICE PLEASE!!

My situation is rather unique; I'm currently a junior in high school but am attending a nationally ranked state-funded public boarding school where I take college classes on campus. By the time I graduate, I will have around 80 college credit hours. I am currently engaged in research with one of the professors and am seeking advice to find the right college for me. I ended up screwing up and received a C in Chem I my first semester.. I was able to pull it up to a B this semester but I'm very worried that this will ruin my chances of getting into some colleges I was considering. If you could please help me out, I would really appreciate it!

Here are my stats:

ACT Composites: 35 (super score), 34 (one-sitting), 12 Writing section
PSAT: (high enough to be NMSQT)
SAT II's: Math II: 730 (will be taking again this June), Chemistry: 690 (will be taking again this June)
Unweighted GPA: 3.79, Weighted GPA: 4.73

11th grade courses: (These are all college courses)
Computer Science I (worked with JAVA)
Advanced Computational Problem Solving (worked with Mathematica)
Chemistry I (got a C which hurt my GPA quite a bit) & II (was able to bump it up to a B)
German II
Intro to Psychology
United States History Since 1865
Calculus I and II
Research Writing

In 12th grade, I will be taking the following: (These are all college courses)
English 300 and 400
German III
Biology/ Lab
Physics/ Lab
Differential Equations
Probability and Statistics
Discrete Math
Multivariable Calculus

EC's:

I am very heavily involved with research
Will be interning this summer as well
Piano (+10 yrs); won composition awards
Taught piano for 4 years

Volunteering: Likely to have +300 hours by graduation
250 hrs from various places
Major ones are from volunteering at the hospital and participating in a service learning community project.

Major awards:
State science fair - 1st place in Medical Health and Sciences Category, Surgeon's General Award
Likely to be National Merit Finalist
Odyssey of the Mind - State Ranatra Fusca Creativity Award
PTA Reflections State - Award of Excellence
And many minor awards

I want to double major in biomedical engineering and math. My future goal is to become a medical doctor, emphasizing in research and teaching.

Because my GPA is a 3.79, I'm worried about some of the schools I've been initially considering.

Some schools I'm looking at:
Duke
Johns Hopkins
Cornell
Vanderbilt
MIT
University of Michigan
Georgia Tech
Case Western
Brown
Northwestern

BS/MD Combined Program schools:
Case Western
Boston U
University of Rochester
University of Kentucky
University of Cincinnati
Penn State
George Washington
Rensselaer

I would really appreciate any help you can offer!

The C damaging your GPA is bad, but your extracurriculars are amazing. Your chemistry SAT II is low for Duke/Vandy etc. However, for some schools, you’ll be entering with the pool of transfer students rather than other freshmen, so those stats may not apply to you. Have you contacted the admissions offices of the schools you’re interested in to see if you’ll be in the applicant pool of freshmen or transfer students? Which college are your classes through now?

Thank you for your quick response; I will be in the applicant pool of freshmen but because there is potential for my credits to transfer, I am hoping that it will be easier for me to double major or have more research work. The college I’m taking my classes through currently is a NC accredited state university. Because my SAT II chemistry is low, I hope to bring it up this summer. I took those last year and am hoping to be above 750 for both with preparation this year.

@rainkissedLove‌ I would just keep up the good work. As long as chemistry is the only poor mark, I think you can recover
