Cal Grant B to A

<p>I recently received an email that my Cal Grant B changed to Cal Grant A, has this happened to anyone? I hope it's not a mistake haha and also, the Cal Grant A covers my loans, so how would I go about declining my loans if they are already accepted? Thanks in advance!!</p>
