Which one is better for computer engineering?
Campus?
Which one bigger?

First of all, I think you should take notice that a lot of your threads aren't getting many responses... Posting this same thread here and in the Engineering section is one way to try and get more answers, but it's also a tad bit annoying. Perhaps consider doing some sort of personal research first? Three line questions asking vague questions aren't going to get you answers.

So for your question:
Which one is bigger? They both are on collegeboard.com, princetonreview.com, and have individual websites where they list undergraduate enrollments, graduate enrollments, faculty, even campus size in terms of acreage.
Campus? I don't think that's a question.
Which one is better for computer engineering? I can't say which one is better, but just looking at the two I like the looks of UCR better. Residential campus (not commuter like CPP), a few thousand less undergrads, both offer undergraduate research (though CPP has more, you can still get some at UCR)... do some research about what you want.

A lot of succeeding in college is the ability to find what it is you want to know, not by asking someone to spoon feed it to you, but finding it yourself. Just saying.
