I applied to cal poly for fall 2015 and there’s currently nothing on my to do list not even final transcripts! For the other schools I applied to I already sent in some of the required paperwork and a final transcript is on my to do list. Do they do it differently than other csu’s? Does anyone else have this too? I’m getting anxious!!

None of the CSU’s (or UC’s) require that you send transcripts for the initial review.
That’s why they have all of the course/grade self-reporting within the application.
How it works for both CSU’s & UC’s is that you will only send your transcript to the one school you’ve chosen to commit to.

However – some of the more selective schools, or if a school thinks that you’re “on the bubble” for admission, may ask for transcripts that will include your 7th semester grades. Not all students get this request.

Have they sent you information re: creating a portal? If so, create it
then check back every couple of weeks to see if there’s anything else that they need.

Cal poly pomona will start sending acceptances out around the end of January (if you are considered for Honors) through April. Once you SIR (commit) then they will ask for final transcripts after you graduate. Some schools will require you to send in Mid-year transcipts (SDSU for one) and final transcripts. Like @hop stated, create your portal login and start checking around January to make sure your SAT/ACT scores have been received.

I don’t mean transcripts. Sorry, I wasn’t really clear. For the other schools I applied to they asked for a copy of my alien reg. card since I’m only a resident in the U.S but the only one who hasn’t is cal poly. So I’m just wondering if they update their to do lists later or is something going on? I’m a transfer if that even makes a difference
