I completely forgot to include my planned courses for the future term, Spring of 2020 on the cal states app. I put that I’ll be completing 60 units by end of second year but it won’t look like that since I didn’t include the planned classes. What should I do?
Email admissions for each CSU that you applied and give them a list of the missing classes.
Some CSU’s will ask you to complete a supplemental application and you can update your courses then.
Thank you so much but I also have more questions. Would this really hurt my chances of being admitted? And when I do email them(because I want to be sure), what is the necessary information to include in the email other than my list of planned classes?
You should include your application #, Student ID# if you have it yet and should include a short note stating you forget to include your planned course for Spring 2020.

I would email admissions directly. If you have a student portal setup for each CSU, then you could your communications through that portal.
