Cal state majors/ UC major

Hi can anyone tell me how difficult it is to get accepted to the following schools for each major? Thank you in advance!
Cal Poly SLO: recreation, parks, and tourism administration

Cal Poly Pomona: hospitality management

UC Davis: East Asian Studies

UC Irvine: East Asian Cultures

UC San Diego: International Studies - History

UC Santa Barbara: Asian Studies
UC Santa Cruz: Undeclared - Liberal Arts and Area Studies

It will depend on UC/CSU GPA, Test scores, HS course rigor for the Cal States. For the UC’s, your personal insight questions and EC’s will also be considered. Also note that Cal Poly SLO uses 9-11th grades in their GPA calculation while CPP and the UC’s use 10-11th grades in their GPA calculation.

UCSC/UCSD and UCI admit into the University first and then into the major. UCSC actually gives you several quarters to declare a major, so you need to meet a minimum threshold to get an acceptance into the University first.

UCD/UCSB will admit into the College of L&S, so major is not as important.

Cal Poly Pomona and SLO admit by major.
