AFAIK undergrad is Canadian tuition, grad is Quebec tuition.

But yes, tuition for undergrad at McGill would be about 40K for 4 years, 30K if the students gets advanced standing for the French baccalaureate. Plus housing&living costs. So, well under 100k.
