I got into Cal, Northwestern, and UCLA and I can’t decide which one I want to go. I’m going to major in Material Science and Engineering or Industrial Engineering. I’m in state, live only 30 mins away from Cal. I don’t know if it’s worth it to pay 20k more to go to Northwestern. Ideas? Opinions?

The only way to find out is to visit the campuses yourself, and only you can do that.

As for the statistics...
For engineering, Cal is the best, and UCLA is also very good. Northwestern is very selective, but it doesnt have the name brand of UCLA or Berkeley.
