Which one better for Business school Berkeley with Regent( and instate tuition) vs USC Trustee's(Full tuition scholarship) for undergrad?

For Cal, Haas accepts about half of the applicants each year. If you want to get into Haas, you have to take your chances.

I’m at USC right now but I’m on mixed aid (need based and merit). If you come here as a Trustee you get access to the scholarship kids dorm, which I know is very tight-knit and has camaraderie. Ultimately, visit both schools and pick which vibe you like best, and consider your major (Marshall Business school here is also good).

USC. You’ll be saving over $120k and have access to amenities reserved for scholarship kids – sounds like a great deal! Plus, SoCal weather is a bit better. Cal has the better name brand but getting classes and guidance may be easier at USC.
