That is what I am banking on. I am a History major with a 3.7 gpa. The math I will have done is stats. I am a good stuent, but not an elite student. I have ok extracurriculars and I have been working for years. My great uncle got his master at Columbia, and eventually went on to become the Ambassador of Afghanistan to Indonesia, among a hos of other accomplishments. Does this increase my chances of enrollment?
No.
Please note: applicants are considered to be “legacies” of Columbia only if they are the children of Columbia College or Columbia Engineering graduates.
