California student looking out of state

I am thinking about applying to some oos, i know i want to do Computer Science.
I am thinking about:
University of Illinois Urbana Champagne
University of Texas Austin
Unversity of Washington
University of Mighigan Ann Arbour
or any other good ones you can think of (already applying to ucla, berkeley, stanford, cal poly, ucsd and usc)

basic stats
3.9 uw
4.1 w

1890 SAT (720 math)
28 ACT

710 chem
660 ush
640 math 2 (retaking)

Parents make 110k-130k ish ... not sure, we dont talk about it.

So based on the information above, could i get into one of these schools? are there other good schools i should be looking at? could i get financial aid or merit based? How would my job prospects be if i came back to the bay area? How are my graduate school prospects?

suggestions… im not just looking at publics. Just somewhere with a great CS education that may be cheaper than a UC

Well instate UC isn’t all that expensive I don’t think, it will be hard to find any school cheaper than your own state school. Plus, a CS degree from Berkeley or UCLA is well respected, why not go to one of those?

I am applying to both of those and they are my top choices. But if i dont get in to either of those schools i am looking for something that may be better and/or cheaper than ucsd. But if all goes according to plan, i ll be at berkeley for cs
