Do you recommend Princeton or Kaplan (or both)?

Any tips on getting the 5 and studying for the AP exam (Multiple Choice and 3 Essays)?

Neither, use Barron’s! I think it’s tests are the most accurate and it has a ton of info. In terms of getting a 5, make sure to study major concepts and themes, not specific dates and facts. Good luck!

I take a lot of notes in the class, so in some cases study books may not even be needed.

I liked the Princeton Review a lot; I definitely recommend it.

I used Kaplan and got a 5 on the exam. I really liked its practice.

My daughter used the Princeton Review book and a book called 5 Steps to a Five. She got a 5. :slight_smile:
