I plan on applying to the University of Oregon for architecture. I currently attend a small college on the East Coast (with a fairly reputable architecture program), and am from VT.
I am a very determined student and I think that my professors can tell that about me, which will prove helpful with my letters of rec. However, I'm coming out of my freshmen year with a 3.2 GPA. Not the worst....but nothing to brag about.
I also have a 3.3 h.s. GPA (4.0 my senior year, if that matters) and a 1650 SAT. My architecture portfolio is beautiful, if I don't say so myself (Im a very strong drawer, and I think I showed a lot of creativity/potential) and my essay is also pretty exceptional in my opinion.
I guess I'm just wondering what my chances would be for the architecture program specificly. So, if anyone has any experience applying to the arch program as a transfer I would love, love, love, your feedback!!
