<p>I am applying to upenn and am wondering if the recs my teachers and GCs sent out have gotten there. Do I call the main office, or the regional representative?</p>

<p>i just called and they said they can't notify me until november 1, which is the deadline date. isnt that kind of stupid? how can i be sure if my stuff came in if they won't tell me?</p>
<p>they will send u a note saying ur missing stuff. if its actually missing, u can send it in</p>
<p>so i just realized i didnt send in the early decision agreement and wont have a chance to have my counselor sign it until nov 1, meaning it prob wont be sent out until that day or the day after. they wont penalize me for that will they?</p>
<p>They understand other forms trickle in. There's not some troll in the UPenn mailroom which shovels all correspondence marked Nov 2 into the incinerator. </p>
