Got accepted to electrical engineering graduate school in both universities (international student). Where should I go?

Both are very good school, Stanford is better and beautiful campus.

It completely depends on which school has the faculty members you’d rather work with.

@#2 (by drgreenhead), this post is by a high school Junior, hoping to get into a BS/MD combined program next year.

@OP, both are great schools. Caltech is small and beautiful campus, and you will have a great time as a graduate student. But most important for you as a new graduate student is the research group and advisor – if you know which research area you want to get into, check out individual faculty and group, perhaps talk to some current grad students in the group and learn a bit about the group. Also get in touch with the professor and see the likelihood you joining the group. It is assuming you are in the PhD program. If you are accepted into the MS program, then it is more course work than research and the considerations should be different.

Are graduate students happy in these places?

You should ask [Jorge Cham](http://www.phdcomics.com/); he spent a considerable amount of time at each school. ;)
