MY DD is in UMD’s honors college. (U Honors) She is now overseas in a gap year program. she is coming back in July after finishing her work . there. She is going to attend the latest possible orientation session for honors college. To get her better oriented we are trying to look for a camp with the honors college before school starts at the end of August. I’ve heard great things about Gem camp last year, but she is not in Gemstone. Any recommendation and comments will be appreciated.
Hmm… I am unaware of any other camps for Honors. I know about Gemstone camp, since both of my daughters were/are in it. Maybe someone else knows?
My son did the backpacking trip from the TENTS program that Maryversity mentions above. He enjoyed it a lot.

I tried to sign her up for the camp but they’re all full! I never thought it would be so popular. D told me to do it for her back in March because she had trouble getting on line from where she was. But I kept putting it off and thought it was no rush. Now it’s too late…
