What is the difference and which one should I go to if I have already decided in attending umich?
I read a message in the archives that indicated spring welcome day is better than campus day, and that to attend both would be redundant. Spring Welcome Day is by invitation only and therefore is more “special.” One difference mentioned is that the president comes and gives a talk. Also, you pay a small fee for Campus Day but you don’t for Spring Welcome Day. Can’t remember more specifics – you could call admissions and ask.
They are 80-90% redundant. My D signed up for the Campus Day right before receiving the invitation to Amaizin Blue Preview and Spring Welcome Day. The main difference besides the cost is that there is a nice goody bag, a free breakfast, and has shuttle bus waiting for you in Spring Welcome Day. In Campus Day, the tour guide will walk you to the bus stop a block away (if you are going to the North Campus). For information, they are pretty much the same.
That is very informative. Thank you
