So I am an Indian female currently attending a public high school in NJ where I am about 1 in 5 of other Indians in the whole entire school. Other minorities don't really have the upper-hand either. So my question is what are some colleges/universities where campus diversity is present? Preferably a college/university that has also has a good academic reputation.

Any of the "top"/elite schools. Diversity is important to most colleges. Unfortunately, Indians are usually OVERrepresented, so you won't get any admissions boost.

I suppose. However, there is a very wide range in the commitment of various schools and how successful they are in enrolling a diverse student body.

To the original poster:

The percentage of students in each ethnic group is widely available for every college. It's in most of the guidebooks and available in each college's Common Data Set and other reporting. One caveat: quite a few students refuse to identify and are reported as "unknown". USNEWS includes these in the "white" category, which is a reasonable assumption. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples.

Well, for one, pick a school that's located in an area inhabited by a lot of Indians. California certainy comes to mind, along with Miracle Mile-adjacent areas.
