I am a student from Myanmar looking into applying for UO for their 2019 intake. I have chosen other schools too but I’m leaning more towards UO because I’ve been told that their psychology program is good. However, I would like to know more about UO’s campus life to weigh out my options more wisely.
How are international students perceived at UO? Are there any special communities for them? Also, how is campus life like? Is there a big party scene or are the students more reserved? Since Eugene isn’t a particularly big town, I am afraid that it would be pretty boring. I’m not looking for the feeling of a major city but I also want my university experience to be fun to an extent.
