Can -2 on Biology E and -1 on Math 1C yield 1600?

I'm 100% sure that I've made 2 mistakes on Biology E, and only 1 mistake on Math level 1C, and I'm hoping for an 800 in both subjects (I took the exam today, since it was delayed in Egypt due to unrest).
So, do I have a good shot at a 1600 total?</p>
