Can a drop in SAT scores harm my chances of admission?

I took the SAT last November of 2016 and received a 1400. I decided to take it again this November, but received a 1300 because I was sick and simply could not concentrate for the life of me. I just submitted all of my test scores to UC’s and am planning on sending all of them to some other universities. Will this 100 point drop harm me significantly? Thanks for your help guys
