Can a freshman run for Treasure (student gov.)?
Treasurer. Ask someone in your high school.
Depends on your school and how your stugov is set up. I know a lot of freshmen that ran for and won important positions in different clubs/organizations.
Unless your high school has particular rules on these things, then yes, you can run.

Our high school has a president, vp, secretary, social media specialist, and treasurer for every grade but all they do is work on class fundraisers which go to senior end of year activities for the year they graduate. Anyone in that class year can run.
