Can a good graduate school offset a mediocre undergradate program in job search?

<p>I slacked off in high school so I got into a mediocre school for my undergrad studies. Not bad, just not a big name. If I work hard and get into a top 5 program for my masters, will that help when it comes to employment?</p>
