<p>Can a school have EA/RD deadlines and still be rolling admissions? For example, Baylor University has EA/RD but it reviews applications as they arrive then notify the applicants within 2 weeks of submission (instead of the Ivies, waiting until it gets all the applications, then sending out acceptances all at once).</p>
