Can a special education student go to a good college?

<p>Hi, I am in 12th grade right now and I go to a special education high school because I used to have social anxiety and I want to know if I can go to college when I graduate, I am the best student in my school and I got almost perfect score in all my SAT and SAT subject tests and also all the regents exams(new york state) I want to know if I will I be able to go to a good college?</p>

<p>You can definitely get into a good flagship state university, but you’d need very high scores and a special story for the elite schools.</p>

<p>By almost perfect score I mean the perfect score is 800 and I got 780</p>
