<p>Well I was looking at that option too a while back.......I spoke to some counsellors in the U.S. and they told me it wouldn't be too easy...........BUT...YES it can be done......what is ur freind's major? it also depends heavily on the college he's planning to apply to.....another thing it most probably will not be possible to transfer ALL of his credits.....at University of Wisconsin Madison,my brother was told that from his 2 years coursework in engineering only 1 year worth cerdits would be able to get transfered......it dpends if the college in question has a compatible courses as the one ur freind is coming from.....</p>
<p>Tell your freind to e-mail international admission specialists at the coleges he's applying to well in advance.send them a detalied description of all his courses.Once hes admitted n starts attending if he can convince the people at the college some more of his coures couldget transfred too.Most colleges have websites with info international transfers.have a look and best of luck to your freind.</p>
