Can anyone chance this poor sophomore kid?

Hi CCers! I just joined! (tho I kept my eyes on CC for quite a while)

I am a sophomore student, living in Midwest, but born in South Korea (came to the US last year by myself) and of course, I am an Asian.

If y’all could chance me based on the info below, it’d be amazing thanks!

Colleges that I wanna attend: UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC Marshall, Macalester, Reed, NYU Stern, UChicago, Cornell Dyson School, UPenn Huntsman, Hong Kong U, Hong Kong UST, U of Michigan, U of Minnesota (TC), Northwestern, Northeastern, Boston College, UIUC, Indiana Kelly School, Fordham, Brandeis, UCSD
(I know it’s A LOT, you could just pick one from the list above…sorry still narrowing down)

GPA: UW 4.0 (there’s no weighted)
Rank: my school doesn’t rank
ACT: 29 on practice-ACT (breakdown: don’t remember but I got 36 on math and science; pretty bad at eng and reading tho)
Haven’t had a chance to take real SAT or ACT. Will take SAT this upcoming school year
SAT II: Math 2C 800, Japanese 720

Major courses took (or taking): Human Biology (PSEO college course), Calculus AB (PSEO college course), University of Minnesota Literature (PSEO college course) (but since I’m a foreign, no college credits will be accredited)
Will take (during Junior): AP Calc BC, AP Eng Lang, AP Biology, APUSH
TOEFL: 110

Extracurricular: Founded an MUN organization based in Korea(also a secretary general and standing advisor); Chief Executive Officer of non-profit organization based in Korea; founder/CEO of an non-profit, educational organization based in Korea; Project Manager at non-profit, youth organization, International Specialist for a newspaper, participated in 15+ MUN (as a chair, delegate, staff, and secretariat), school varsity speech member, school’s one act play state champion

I got one bummer, which is I have horrible academic transcript from Korean high school, which will be replacing my 9th grade record (since I didn’t go to school in the US). I’ve emailed some of the colleges above and I know that they’re evaluating a student very holistically… but still very worried.

Would I make it to any of the colleges I named above? Still has 1.5 years to prepare for them.

Thanks!
