Can colleges see the dates that you've taken the SAT?

So there is this one school that requires that I send all of my SAT scores. If I took 2 SATs, say one in January of 2015 and one in Oct of 2015. Can colleges see the dates that I have taken those 2 SATs, or do they just see the scores and the essays etc.

I took two SATs and the second time was WAY WORSE than the first. Can they tell which came first?
