<p>I added my counselor as a counselor under the counselor section and a teacher as a recommender under teacher. My teacher submitted his recommendation, but can my counselor submit her recommendation as a counselor? It says mid year report, final report, etc. Can she submit it there or do I have to add her as a teacher or something?</p>

The answer is yes, the main form a counselor submits is called a School Report. The School Report form does provide a space for the counselor to provide a recommendation.
