Yes, you should file your FAFSA and the Profile if the college requests before you find out about your acceptance. Additionally, you should check each school’s website to see if they have any other requirements. If you wait until April to file FAFSA, you probably will have missed the priority deadlines for those schools and not receive aid IF you are eligible for it.

The FAFSA will tell you if you are eligible for any Federal Aid (you won’t be if your parents income is too high). When you get your acceptance, schools will send their Financial Aid package sometime after your acceptance letter.

Are you depending on Financial Aid to go to college?

Each of those colleges will have a financial aid page on their websites, probably with a link to the various scholarships. CAREFULLY read every one of those pages. Some colleges will require a separate application for scholarships, some will not. Or a college may require an application for some scholarships, and not for others (in other words, your application to the school may also serve as the application for some scholarships).

The websites should also have deadlines for any applications required. If there’s no date given, get in it now.
