My kid can get into ASU tempe very easily with her GPA and ACT. We are now a CA resident. So she can get into WUE prog with 150% of in-state fee. We are planning to move to Arizona in a year after my kid joins as fresh man. Can I change my kid from WUE to In-state after I get residency in AR atleast she gets into Junior year?
Usually, yes. The residency goes with the parent’s residency. A few schools determine residency going into freshman year and then do not reassess no matter what. Look at Arizona’s requirement for residency (outside the WUE) and see what it says.
