Is it possible? Where can I get such a loan? Thanks.

Are you talking about a plus loan for your parents or loans in your name that your folks cosign????

What's the reason you think you need this?

Standard answer is a student can borrow all of the cost of education IF they have a credit worthy cosigner. But the question above really needs to be answered first.

My parents are co-signers. I need this for education overseas.

if your parents only make 4oK combined why do you think you will ever make enough to pay back 100K with interest?

I don't necessarily think that just because the parents make only 40k is not an indication that he won't be able to repay... BUT

College is an economic decision as well. You need to weigh the value of the experience compared to its cost.

I'll be real frank with you, I would be hard pressed to find a convincing argument for a couple earning 40k to co-sign on 100k worth of student debt. This comes from someone who counsels parents about these matters on a constant basis.

Considering all the opportunity available stateside for families at that income level, I don't think it makes sense.

Now, what's your argument to say otherwise. Because if you can articulate a reason, then we may have a different story.
