Does me living out of Virginia (NC) lower my chances?</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure the answer is no. The top scholarship at VCU (at least on their website) states that it is good for full tuition (in state), room and board. So you would still be responsible for paying the difference between out of state and in state tuition.</p>
