does anyone know of jobs there? or could i be a tour guide? i'm only a freshman though

Tour guide is totally a possibility but just be warned, I'm pretty sure that they are all volunteers. (so it would be a volunteer job not a getting paid job)

As for working in the admissions office, I know it is possible. (I've known some people who did it, they mostly stuffed envelopes) I'd ask them though.

Yeah- Tour Guiding is completely volunteer. We just accepted a bunch of new guides, so look out for information next fall. Usually the application/interview process starts around October. It isn't much of a time commitment at all, so I don't mind that it's volunteer. Meetings like, twice to three times a semester, and one 1 hour tour a week (oftentimes in the fall you hardly have to give a tour because so few people show up). BUT you do get burned out pretty quick...

Email admissions because they're always looking for front desk/envelope-stuffing people. It seems monotonous and boring, and for the most part I'd imagine it is, but the people in admissions are wonderful so you may enjoy it!

Twinketoes I sent you a message

Tour Guides are part of the Student Admissions Ambassadors program. The admissions office does hire work study students to do clerical stuff, sometimes they advertise in the chronicle.
